Now, the iconic island is set to see its luxury and lifestyle quotient raised further with a new destination: Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, a project being developed in synergy between Dubai-based international property developer, Select Group, and the renowned hospitality and wellness brand, Six Senses. It will be the UAE’s first Six Senses-branded residences and hotel property.

The beachfront development will comprise 172 luxury branded residences, the Six Senses Place and a 61-key Six Senses hotel.
Elevating residential beachfront living
At the heart of the unique residential lifestyle experience is Six Senses Place. The 60,000 sq. ft. wellness and lifestyle facility will bring an entirely new interpretation of community living to UAE residents. Designed to enhance people’s mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being, residents will benefit from amenities including a massage circuit pool, saunas, steam rooms, a hammam, wellness and anti-aging clinic, an alchemy bar, a cryo chamber, various treatment and relaxation rooms and more.
Active residents will enjoy a squash court, gym and a fitness studio on-site. Areas for meetings, co-working, reading, socializing and a kids club will also be included in the Six Senses Place, to cater for residents’ evolving work and social routines.
Beyond the Six Senses Place, the resort will feature pools, tennis and padel courts, a choice of on-site F&B destinations and a private beach.
The Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, will also be home to a micro-farm, where residents can purchase fresh organic produce on their doorstep.

2024 completion
Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai is set for completion by Select Group before the end of 2024.
Established in 2002, Select Group has handed over more than 7,000 residential units to customers, with an additional 3,750 units scheduled for handover.
