No bad foods: Bethenny Frankel, 51, started 2022 with her health in mind. On Wednesday, the Real Housewives Of New York veteran shared that she underwent a new cleanse to “detoxify.”

“Feel good and look good,” she said in her caption.

The caption began, “Not sure why I’m so serious here, but maybe it’s because I went on a cleanse/detox in January and I’m seeing serious sleep, skin and spiritual benefits. “

In her hashtags, she put B-Tox, which doesn’t stand for Botox but rather has to do with the cleanse she’s doing. It includes green juices and pumpkin soup.

“Diet & fitness are always big resolutions. People get super excited and make great statements about all the drastic changes they’re about to make and that life will never be the same again,” she said.

“Then we feel disappointed when we cannot keep unrealistic promises. I plan to be as healthy as I can realistically be every day and every week. People are always asking and commenting on how often I exercise and if I eat. I used to focus a lot on diet and exercise. In my 30’s I let that go and it changed my life and my body immeasurably. People are too obsessed and noisy in these areas.”

She then said that she rarely exercises.

“When I do this, I go for a walk or do yoga, but I always prioritize sleep over fitness. I eat and drink what I want and what I crave, but I never get excited or emotional about the food. (That doesn’t mean I don’t feel like a garbage can after drinking and eating crap, btw.)” she added.

Frankel added, “We’ve beat ourselves up and feel ‘good’ or ‘bad’ based on consumption.

And she found that it’s an unhealthy obsession and gets the opposite of the desired result.

“Food is neither our best friend nor our enemy. Having a better relationship with food and fitness is a more realistic solution that you can actually achieve,” she noted.

Vegetarian Meals:

Vegetarian Meals: “Bryn wants to be a vegetarian because she loves animals, so she asked me to do it with her,” Frankel explained in 2020

In the summer of 2020, she said she had revised her eating habits, reverting to a vegetarian diet at the request of her daughter, Bryn.

“Bryn wants to be a vegetarian because she loves animals, so she asked me to do it with her,” explained Frankel, who shared pictures of some of the ethical dishes she made on her Instagram story.

She added, “I used to eat like this, so let’s see how it goes.”

A vegetarian diet completely avoids meat consumption and often also the consumption of by-products that arise when animals are slaughtered.
